Great View: This lot trait isn’t entirely helpful, but it can give you a nice positive moodlet if your sim looks out the window.Mod The Sims. Quiet: These apartments are nice to live in because your neighbours won’t be as noisy and will wake up your sims way less often than in other buildings. Historical: These apartments will have a nice plaque on the wall that can’t be removed no matter what, and if your sim takes some time to look at the plaque they can get an inspired moodlet. Lively Neighbours: An apartment with lively neighbours will be extremely noisy and your sim will be frequently woken up by the noises that their neighbours are making while they party.
